Get Started / 3 / Set Up Your Watchlists
🗒️ Prerequisites: This section assumes your portfolio is synced and a strategy has been created (per prior intro steps).
🏆 Key Action Step 1: Duplicate the “Compare List” or set up a New Watchlist of your own.
🏆 Key Action Step 2: Link your Portfolio to the newly created Watchlist.
🏆 Key Action Step 3: Add Tickers from the Stock Screener to the newly created Watchlist.
Steps Shown in the Video

Navigate to the watchlist named “Compare List” (pre-created, empty, and in view-only mode).
Go to Actions > Duplicate Watchlist to create an editable copy.
Rename the duplicated watchlist as desired

Click “Link” or go to Actions > Link Setup
In the “Link Setup” prompt, select your portfolio’s name.
Click Confirm Sync to add all portfolio assets to the Watchlist (changes in the portfolio will sync automatically).

Go to the Stock Screener to view the latest strategy rebalancing event (if the strategy were to rebalance on this day).
Select desired assets, then go to Actions > Add to Watchlist

Use tabs at the top of the Watchlist to switch views.
You can also click the + icon to add a new view.
Uncheck tickers to exclude assets without data or to focus on a subset.
Use the aggregation feature (e.g., median of a column) to analyze selected tickers.
Choose visualization types (e.g., scatterplot, time return) to analyze relationships between metrics and tickers.
View time-based returns for selected assets on various timescales.

Comparisons allow us to identify assets misaligned with investment goals.
In the next step, we will rebalance the portfolio using information gathered through Watchlist analysis.
