Replicating The Enterprise Strategy
You can now replicate the Enterprise strategy right inside the app. Here’s how it works:
Head over to the Enterprise strategy page.
Click the “Replicate Strategy” button.
The form that appears allows you to modify certain variables that go into the strategy.
This gives you more control so you can truly customize the strategy to fit your own preferences.
What you can change right now:
ETFs / tickers — Don’t want to trade SPY? Swap it out for any other ticker you want (just make sure there’s sufficient price history for the backtest range). You can also pick different tickers for every other asset class.
Min-max allocations — For every asset class you’ll see default minimum and maximum percentages. For instance, the equities “risk-on” ticker is currently set to a minimum of 40% and a maximum of 100%. These allocation ranges are some of the most important decisions you can tweak, so play around with them!
Starting capital — Set whatever initial amount you want to test with.
Benchmark — Choose your own benchmark to compare the strategy against.
These are the core levers you can pull today, and they already give you plenty of flexibility.
We could expose even more variables (there are some deeper ones under the hood), but I didn’t want to make the interface too complicated right away. If you like this new replication feature and want more control, just let me know — I’m happy to open up additional settings if there’s demand.
New API feature
We also just added the /backtest_list endpoint to our API documentation. With it you can:
See every backtest that exists on your user account, and
Check the current state of any specific backtest.
We built this because we’re preparing for the next big step: letting you run backtests programmatically through the API. The ultimate goal? You’ll soon be able to have AI agents write the settings, fire off backtests on our system, and when you come back you’ll have all the most interesting results waiting for you in the app.
Pretty cool, right?
That’s it for today, wishing you Happy Investing from Signal Sigma team and myself,
Andrei
